Community Resources

Last Reviewed: October 18, 2026

Welcome to the Mars Theory Community Resources directory. We believe that personal growth and literacy are only possible when you feel safe, supported, and grounded.

To help you navigate this space without feeling overwhelmed, we have organized these resources by immediate capacity.

Start wherever you are today, whether that means securing basic necessities, seeking professional mental health support, finding low-pressure coping tools, or engaging in adult education programs.

Disclosures & Transparency

Not Medical Advice: This local directory is for informational purposes only. Mars Theory does not provide clinical diagnosis or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, dial 911 or call the 988 Lifeline immediately.

3rd-Party Products & Links: We only recommend accessible, low-friction tools (like journals and workbooks) that align with our mission. We don’t manufacture or ship these items and are not liable for 3rd-party products and services. We don’t earn anything from these links.
